Marth de Graaf takes up motorsport activities RSZ from the hands of Frank Kerseboom

Rensportschool Zandvoort is getting a new, future-proof shape. The famous institute, which has existed since 1955, will henceforth manifest itself as RSZ Motorsport, owner Marth de Graaf, and as RSZ Motorsport led by Frank Kerseboom. Both companies have been operating completely independently for many years, but will benefit more from each other's expertise in the future.

Both Marth de Graaf and Frank Kerseboom are convinced that RSZ In the new division of roles, he can respond better to the undoubtedly hectic times to come, partly due to the success of Max Verstappen and the arrival of Formula 1 to Zandvoort. These developments are already generating considerable interest in incentives and an additional influx of students who attend RSZ want to obtain their KNAF racing license. “Both the motorsport and motorsport divisions of RSZ benefit more from their own management and working methods,” says Frank Kerseboom. Marth de Graaf has been with us for 16 years RSZ involved, so he knows better than anyone how the company functions. After 35 years RSZ I consider myself lucky that Marth was willing to RSZ to take over from me. This gives RSZ Motorsport a dynamic impulse and I can focus on the many activities of RSZ motorsport. Where necessary we will help each other. For example, I promised Marth to assist him with advice and I support the sale of the RSZ circuit incentives.” according to the 3-time Dutch Champion Touring Cars.

Marth de Graaf has become the new owner of RSZ Autosport aims to further expand the activities. “A nice job. My goal is to not only attract new students together with our fantastic team, but also to attract existing customers more closely RSZ to connect. We are already good at that, given the wide RSZcommunity with many regular customers. And that goodwill is invaluable is also apparent from the role that loyal relationship Arthur van Uitert played in the takeover. I also strive for a program offering that is more attuned to the new generation of racing drivers that has emerged. There are also challenges in the online field. But RSZ is and remains what my predecessors Huub Vermeulen, Dick van Iperen and Frank Kerseboom have convincingly accomplished: giving courses, training, organizing incentives and offering circuit fun to individuals, including during the successful Vrij Rijden-days on the various circuits. That does RSZ for 64 years and we are good at that. RSZ Motorsport will therefore remain, also in the new format, the same sympathetic racing school that it has always been, but with a new face and a fresh look at the future”.
